Job Description:

Are you looking to make the next steps in your marketing career? Do you want to become an expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation?

Our client is looking for a CRO Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the strategy associated with customer conversion, defining clear strategies that will increase our client's current CRO rate and improve the overall efficiency rate of new leads/customers. You will define and execute the CRO strategy and own KPIs within defined areas of influence in the conversion funnel.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be designing, implementing, and measuring our client's acquisition conversion optimisation roadmap and activities. You will be driving the conversion performance to generate recommendations and A/B testing.

You must have 2+ years of experience in using CRO and Analytic tools. You must have good knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables to generate data views. You should be aware of research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, to understand and empathize with users and keep up to date with the latest CRO practices and how to create a solution-based hypothesis.
