An established industry player is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to drive user upgrades from free to premium. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with leadership and marketing agencies to implement innovative testing strategies across platforms. Your analytical mindset will be crucial in assessing user behavior and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This fully remote position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing digital e-learning environment. If you are passionate about data-driven growth and eager to contribute to a thriving startup, this opportunity is perfect for you.
I’m delighted to be exclusively representing a great Client of ours, a rapidly growing, specialist, digital e-learning platform with recruitment of their brand new Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist. This role will be a good match for someone who already worked as a CRO Specialist or In-App Marketing Specialist.
What you’ll be doing
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations, along with the agency they use for digital marketing and selected freelancers. My Client is the fortunate position of already having a satisfactory user base (approx. 65,000 users per month) and a steady stream of new users coming in. The main purpose of this role is to convert the existing users from free version to a premium version. The potential is huge as currently only a small number of users choose to upgrade. This will be achieved by a range of testing approaches within the platform itself, email and What’sApp marketing. This role will be very analytical and the postholder continually testing and innovating to optimise campaigns for the highest rate of conversion and best ROI. They will also analyse user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys. Another part of the role will be to coordinate required support for two additional products; the first one will initially be released in China to education providers and the second one is used by English language schools to provide digital support to students and teachers.
