You’ll work with clients like Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian, managing experimentation roadmaps, leading CRO specialists, and shaping digital journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Own testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr
• Translate data into insights with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and strategists
• Coach and develop the CRO team
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• 3+ years in CRO or UX optimisation, preferably agency-side
• Experience with testing platforms and data tools (GA4 essential)
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data and experimentation principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (support available from front-end devs)
