With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Marketing team with a high performing Marketing Program Manager who is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, marketing qualified leads, and lead nurturing.

The role:

You’ll be working closely with the marketing and sales team to scope, develop and manage multi-channel marketing programs (including but not limited to account based marketing, email, webinars, events, content syndication, and paid media) focused on promoting and driving demand for Titania solutions. You’ll partner with sales and product marketing to build pipeline through targeted campaigns tailored to the specific roles within the decision-making-unit (DMU), our target accounts, and defined markets.

By partnering with our content marketing team, product marketing and SMEs you’ll develop campaign briefs and high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, infographics and blogs that align with market trends and pain points (e.g. operational resilience, state sponsored attacks, ransomware, zero trust, compliance).

You will use HubSpot and other tools to track performance and ROI of campaigns and make adjustments based on the data. Key to this role is collaborating with the wider marketing team, sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business objectives. Collaboration with SDRs and sales is key to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

The person:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing program manager to scope, design and develop marketing campaigns that drive demand for our solutions. You will be proactive in researching and developing campaign ideas that drive results with the defined audience. Developing campaign briefs, timelines and KPIs aligned to marketing and pipeline goals is key. And reverse funnelling to measure target conversion rates against campaign targets will be instrumental in tracking performance.

Key to this role is being able to turn best practice and research into executable action plans. You’ll have a passion for customer-first initiatives, and a desire to continually learn and improve. The right person for this role will be meticulous, organised and systematic in their approach, experienced in managing multi-channel demand/lead generation campaigns, and used to collaborating with content and digital marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes.

They will have excellent attention to detail and be consistently thorough in all aspects of their role. They will be calm, level-headed and objective in their interactions, yet resilient and persuasive when necessary. You’ll need demonstrable experience and proven demand generation results, in addition, the following skills/qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the Cybersecurity Industry
  • 3-5years experience managing and executing effective demand/lead generation campaigns
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach
  • Strong ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
  • Experience managing external agencies to scale campaigns/execution
  • KPI management (e.g. MQLs, MQL to SQL, MQL to customer, Cost per MQL, CAC, CLV)
