Job summary

Natilik is seeking a Conversational AI Architect to own the Cognigy solution design across assigned use cases, ensuring scalable and secure voice and chat AI implementations. You will guide engineers, define patterns, and support production readiness while leading workshops and governance activities.

Essential skills include Cognigy architecture, LLM prompting, tool orchestration, and robust API integrations.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering conversational AI/voice/agentic AI solutions.
Strong Cognigy architecture experience across flows, tool calls, xApps and prompts.
Solid understanding of LLM prompting, tool design and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Cognigy solution design for assigned use cases.
Define architecture, patterns, integration model, security controls and production readiness.
Lead stakeholder workshops, design reviews and governance sessions.
Provide technical direction to engineers and review implementation quality.
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable conversational AI solutions.
