Miratech in London, England seeks a Senior Speech Scientist / Conversational AI Analyst to lead evaluation and optimization of an enterprise-grade IVA built on Google Conversational AI. You will analyze ASR, NLU, and conversational performance to improve customer outcomes in a regulated financial-services context.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Speech Recognition, Conversational AI, NLU, Speech Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze production audio, transcripts, speech-recognition outputs, confidence scores, and customer utterances to identify ASR, NLU, and conversational performance improvements.
