Job summary

Natilik is seeking a Cognigy AI Engineer to design, implement and maintain conversational AI solutions on the Cognigy platform. You will develop flows, voice journeys, routing and integration components, with a focus on multilingual experiences and robust testing.

Essential skills include Cognigy.AI delivery and JavaScript proficiency, plus strong knowledge of LLM prompting and tool design. The role offers a hybrid workspace with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cognigy.AI delivery experience, including building flows and error handling.
• Strong practical JavaScript experience for Cognigy Code Nodes and payload mapping.
• Strong understanding of LLM prompting, tool design, and multilingual prompting.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test and maintain Cognigy AI solutions.
• Test, debug, and document flows; provide UAT support and escalate risks as needed.
• Support integration with Voice Gateway, xApps, and REST APIs.
