Qualifications

• Experience with Business Banking or Retail products and services.
• Strong understanding of risk, control and FCA environments.
• Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior business leaders and embed a strong control environment aligned to Business Banking objectives.
• Translate policies and risk appetite into actionable operational steps; develop and track remedial plans.
