• Significant experience in risk, controls or audit within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk and control specialists to manage the risk profile across Business Banking.
• Oversee core processes, ensuring risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance and embed risk into decision making.
• Assess impact of regulatory, product, system and organisational changes on risk appetite.
