We are working with a specialist automation and special purpose machinery company based in Leicester, who are looking to engage a Controls Engineer on an initial 6-month contract.

This role is outside IR35 and requires strong experience in PLC programming and HMI development, working on systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC programming from scratch and modifications for bespoke automation systems

System testing, debugging, and commissioning

Collaborating with mechanical and electrical design teams

Requirements:
