A leading company in financial services is seeking a Controls Analyst to join their Risk, Assurance & Remediation team in Stirling. In this role, you will provide risk support to business areas and ensure effective control oversight. The Role:
The Controls Analyst will be a member of the Risk, Assurance & Remediation team which forms part of M&G’s first line of defence within the Life division. The Controls Analyst will support the risk managers to provide first line risk support to Life business areas and risk and controls oversight for our material outsourcers.
This role will be initially focussed on supporting the business to identify, describe, and record key controls across a number of different business areas and processes. The analyst will also be involved in scheduling and performing control tests, feeding back results and working with the risk business partner teams to improve the quality of controls. The role would be ideally suited to a candidate who is in the early stages of a career within risk or assurance and who has an interest in developing their financial services experience in a first line of defence role.
