Job summary

Probus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Field Sales Engineer - Control Valves, covering the North of England and Midlands. You will sell technically led valve solutions to power, process and industrial markets, engaging with engineers and procurement teams to understand requirements and recommend engineered solutions.

The role offers £50,000-£60,000 basic salary plus commission/bonus, a company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and tech tools.

Qualifications

• Control valve experience is essential.
• Experience selling control valves and engineered valve solutions in power/process industries.
• Able to develop new accounts and build long-term relationships with technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customers in the North and Midlands.
• Identify and win new business across the territory.
• Sell control valves, actuated valve packages and flow-control solutions.
• Develop opportunities within power generation, process industries and other sectors.
• Produce quotations and develop technically and commercially appropriate solutions.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order.
