Job summary

Automation Experts Ltd. is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to contribute across the full project lifecycle, from design and programming to on-site commissioning and aftercare.

You will work on UK-based projects with occasional international travel and a hybrid working option after probation. The role emphasizes PLC and HMI software design, with Rockwell or Siemens experience and knowledge of an additional platform.

Qualifications

• Engineers design PLC and HMI software, with focus on robust control solutions.
• Must be able to work with Rockwell or Siemens, and knowledge of a second platform is advantageous.
• Experience with Schneider, robotics, or SCADA software would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop HMI/SCADA solutions for automation projects.
• Support installation, testing, and documentation.
• Produce machine manuals and risk assessments.
• Provide remote and on-site customer support.
• Occasional robot programming and commissioning.
