Job summary

Culina Logistics at the Sherwood site is seeking a Control Room Operative to join a friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. You will coordinate and monitor warehouse processes to ensure loads are picked and dispatched on time.

You'll work 3 on, 3 off nights from 18:00 to 06:00, use the WMS daily, allocate trailers, support operatives, and uphold health and safety while driving KPI performance. Culina offers a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities within a diverse

Qualifications

Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
Able to work under pressure.
Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Flexible approach to work/training.
Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor warehouse processes to ensure loads are picked and dispatched on time.
Operate WMS to allocate trailers and adjust as required.
Escalate issues to Technicians, Team Leaders, Shift Managers, IT and DAI.
Communicate tasks via phone or radio with staff.
Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed.
Support warehouse operatives with RDT issues.
Generate performance in line with KPI’s.
Undertake duties such as picking, marshalling, cleaning, goods-in and pallet checks.
