Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for its Corby site, working nights 22:00–10:00 on a fixed-term contract through January 2027. You will lead a large team, drive performance, safety, and cost controls alongside the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes staff development, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement across returns, inventory, co-pack and delivery schedules, with a focus on labour management and Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large teams in a warehouse setting.
• Strong focus on attendance, performance and disciplinary matters.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team attendance, performance and productivity to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate and motivate warehouse operations to ensure efficient output.
