Job summary

Culina Logistics seeks an experienced Warehouse Training Lead to drive training excellence across our busy Nottingham warehouse. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with a focus on safety, compliance, and developing people.

You will deliver MHE and manual handling training, inductions, and operator assessments while maintaining SSOW and training records. We value someone who can coach colleagues, create and update training materials, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RTITB or ITSSAR accredited MHE Instructor qualification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, health & safety, and training delivery.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and develop people at all levels.
• Experience delivering inductions, manual handling training, and operator assessments.
• IOSH qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MHE training and assessments.
• Conduct new starter inductions and ensure colleagues are trained in safe practices.
• Deliver manual handling training and refresher sessions.
• Complete post-incident assessments and retraining where required.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and SSOW.
• Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve safety.
• Maintain accurate training records and support site compliance activities.
