Job summary

Attribution Search is seeking a compliance professional to support the day-to-day operation of the Compliance Control Room in the UK. You will review requests related to information barriers, restricted lists, conflicts, and employee activities, and escalate potential incidents while ensuring policy adherence.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or related field.
• Experience in financial services compliance and information barriers.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of Compliance Control Room.
• Review requests related to information barriers, restricted lists, conflicts, and employee activities.
• Assess and escalate potential compliance incidents and breaches.
• Provide advice on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, approvals and audit trails.
• Support reporting, monitoring and certification processes.
• Assist with policy enhancements and process improvements.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, HR and business teams on key projects.
