Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugins and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes) and open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate in Control M) or equivalent experience are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive Strategy: Develop a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning vendor insights with business goals
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years
• Vendor Collaboration: Act as primary liaison with the Control M vendor, influencing their roadmap
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business units and IT to refine requirements
• Effective Communication: Present strategies, roadmaps, and designs clearly across the organization
• Relationship Management: Build strong interdepartmental relationships
• Testing, Observability & Automation: Lead testing frameworks, monitoring systems, and automation initiatives

Feature Innovation & Self Service Enablement:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback
• Develop self-service tools to improve user experience and compliance
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
