Job summary

Aviva seeks a Control Framework Manager to join the IWR COO Governance and Control Framework team in the UK. You will help develop, oversee, and strengthen control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and improve customer outcomes.

You’ll engage across Aviva and outsourced partners to identify opportunities and influence improvements. You’ll analyze data to spot trends, advise on risk, and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, implementing, or overseeing policies, frameworks, or controls within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate these into practical solutions.
• Experience analysing data and information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations.
