Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Head of Underwriting Conduct and Compliance to lead a robust conduct, compliance and risk framework across Personal Lines Underwriting. Reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, you will embed regulatory requirements and governance into underwriting, pricing and product activities while driving continuous improvement through effective controls and cross-functional collaboration.
