Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Control Centre Operator in Cardiff on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to a range of calls, including emergency and priority calls from vulnerable or elderly callers.

You will manage welfare and support calls for employees and customers, delivering services across a range of provisions with outbound and inbound welfare calls.

This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.45ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and responding to a range of calls including emergency and priority calls from vulnerable or elderly callers. Managing a range of support services to employees and customers and delivering services to customers across a range of services including making outbound and receiving inbound welfare calls vulnerable or elderly customers.
