McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd in the UK is seeking a Contractual Advisor to support our high value construction teams. You will provide contractual guidance, review main contract amendments, negotiate terms, and help deliver compliant, risk-aware commercial outcomes across health, education, commercial and residential projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in law or a construction-related field and good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in law or construction-related field.
• Working knowledge of NEC and JCT suites of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate main contract amendments.
• Generate subcontract documents and review terms.
• Advise project teams on main contract and subcontract operations.
• Assist with terms and conditions negotiations for subcontract packages.
• Deliver ad hoc contractual support and training seminars.
