Contracts Supervisor / Estimator

Ideally located: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Weston-super-Mare, Newport, Cardiff, etc.

Are you a Contracts Supervisor / Estimator from a Construction or Facilities background, looking to join a company where you can further your career through excellent training and progression opportunities?

The company has strengthened its position in recent years and is recognized as a leading supplier for businesses across the Southwest. They are now seeking an additional Fabric Engineer to support their continued success.

Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for facilities works, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on current and new contracts.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in estimating construction or maintenance projects, eager to join a company where no day is the same and where you can develop your career as the company grows.

The Role:

• Preparing quotations and cost estimates for a range of facilities and construction projects
• Collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information
• Working Monday to Friday, covering Bristol and surrounding areas

The Person:

• Experience with quotations and estimates in the facilities or construction industry
• Experience in project management
• Ambitious to grow and develop with the company
