Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Contracts Supervisor / Junior Contracts Manager to oversee projects across Portsmouth and the wider Hampshire area. This full-time, permanent role offers £45,000–£50,000 plus a benefits package, with a hands-on focus on drylining, interiors and other specialist subcontracting work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drylining or residential construction, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction projects within drylining, partitions, ceilings, plastering, rendering, screeding or similar subcontracting environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising multiple projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, labour and materials to keep projects on track.
• Liaising with main contractors, site teams and clients to ensure programmes stay on schedule.
• Monitoring progress, quality and health & safety across projects.
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates.
• Working closely with commercial and surveying teams to manage costs and variations.
• Ensuring works are delivered to the specified standards and programme.
• Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and effectively.
