Job summary

Pro Staff Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team in the South West. The role focuses on pre-construction through to completion across multiple projects including new build, refurbishment and maintenance work.

You will lead site teams, manage relationships with clients and consultants, monitor programmes and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards on all projects. A dynamic, proactive professional with strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment.
• Strong background across new build and/or refurbishment projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with a hands-on approach.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage Site Managers and project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

Our client delivers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare & leisure.

This is a key permanent appointment, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Contracts Manager with a strong work ethic who can take responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
