Our services include site clearance, waste disposal, civil engineering, and general groundworks. We provide a complete package from initial surveys to post-construction support, ensuring that each project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Supervisor located in the Central belt. The Contracts Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, effectively, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site personnel, coordinating with clients and management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and scheduling site activities. The role also involves preparing progress reports, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and experience in overseeing civil engineering or landscaping projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and management
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
• Proficiency in scheduling and planning tools
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively

• Relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
• Holding a valid driving license is essential
