Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Contracts / Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of small works from planning through to completion.

You will manage construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects, develop plans, schedules and cost estimates, and liaise with clients and consultants while conducting site inspections and overseeing all project documentation. This is a highly autonomous role with responsibility and career development in a rapidly growing business.
