• Manage contracts from award through to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, legislation and company procedures.
• Monitor budgets, costs, margins, variations, claims and contractual risks.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships.
• Oversee project progress, programme delivery, quality standards and performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational and contractual issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, reporting and records.
• Work collaboratively with project, commercial and operational teams to maximise profitability and minimise risk.

Salary: £75,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience

Salary and Benefits Package

• Base salary: £75,000-£90,000 per annum.
• Performance bonus: Target 5-10% of annual salary, subject to company and individual performance.
• Pension: Employer contribution of 5% or above.
• Annual leave: 25 days plus UK public holidays.
