Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a permanent Contracts Manager in Northern Ireland to oversee structural steel, purlins and cladding projects. The role starts immediately with a salary of £65,000 per year.

The position is split 50% site and 50% office, with approximately 75% of work based in Northern Ireland and the remainder in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland. A permanent contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steelwork and purlins.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of cladding (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate structural steel projects.
• Oversee five projects at once.
• Handle project packages of 50 tonnes per week.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
