Role: Contracts Manager

A leading manufacturer within the Timber Frame market is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee Timber Frame installations across the South West region. The successful candidate can expect to manage and oversee live projects within their region to ensure successful delivery to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career by joining a leading timber frame building and manufacturing company, where you will be responsible for running large housing contracts.

The Contracts Manager will work closely with the design & technical departments and will be responsible for ensuring that profits on site are maximized through effective management of all aspects of work carried out on site, utilizing all available financial information to assist.

The Role:

1. Report progress against plan, pre and post handover, mitigate risks, and provide an overview of the project and your areas of responsibility to the construction manager.
2. Build and maintain a strong culture and relationship with your team and subcontractors.
3. Attend internal project meetings and work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve issues.
4. Develop build programmes including RAMS, resource plans, and haulage.

About You:

• Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
• Previous residential site management experience for a developer or main contractor.
• Ability to prepare and present management information using Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop a team.

The Package:

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance
