We are seeking an experienced Security Contract Manager to oversee security and business support services for Amazon clients within the region, ensuring contract and company performance targets are met or exceeded. The role involves managing multiple-site contracts, leading operational teams, and maintaining client relationships.

What you will need

• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Previous security management experience
• Valid SIA Front-Line License
• Experience managing multi-site contracts
• Experience operating budgets over £5m
• Full UK Driving License
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards

What are you going to do

• Manage operational colleagues across various functions including manned guarding, electronic solutions, key holding, and business support
• Oversee staffing levels for contracts and special events
• Regularly meet with clients to review contract performance
• Monitor and manage revenue and costs, prepare forecasts
• Lead meetings with Amazon clients and record minutes
• Manage and motivate team members, conduct performance reviews
• Administer pay for colleagues
