Job summary

untypical is seeking a Contracts Manager for the Western region, based from Exeter, on a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will oversee residential development programmes, ensuring safety, quality, programme delivery and value for money.

You will drive the brands Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, manage client and contractor relations, and prepare performance reports for senior management. The role offers a challenging, visible leadership position.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Manager or equivalent.
• CSCS – Black Management/White Academic.
• SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
• BREGS or willingness to achieve in probation period.
• Fire Safety knowledge for low-rise flats and housing.

Responsibilities

• Drive the region to build our Brands to the highest standards.
• Ensure service delivery meets financial targets within budget.
• Develop and deploy Service Plans and Key Work Objectives.
• Manage client and partner relationships to secure profitable work.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Plan workloads and delegate to achieve contract objectives.
