Job summary

Clearview New Build is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to lead external installation teams across multiple sites in the North of England. You will ensure all work meets contract requirements, timescales and safety standards, coordinating with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.

You'll bring strong leadership, excellent communication and a proven ability to manage windows installation projects. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites are essential.

Qualifications

• New Build windows experience would be desirable.
• CSCS card H&S, SSTS required.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-motivated and resilient with ability to resolve site queries.
• Admin skills and experience of site management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the north of England.

Responsibilities

• Manage external installation teams across multiple sites.
• Coordinate activity to meet contract requirements and timescales.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Provide accurate site installation dates and manage client liaison.
• Assist with recruitment and management of fitting teams as needed.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and maintain client relationships.
