Job summary

Clearview New Build is hiring a Contracts Manager to oversee external installation teams across multiple sites in the North of England. You will ensure work meets contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining safety compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with site management, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to sites. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and health & safety knowledge required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage teams.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and clients.
• Administrative skills with site management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage external installation teams across multiple sites.
• Coordinate activity to meet contract requirements and timescales.
• Maintain key documents (CSCS, RAMs) and safety standards.
• Provide installation dates to internal teams and manage call-offs.
• Identify pressure points and update sites weekly with projections.
• Assist with recruiting and managing fitting teams if required.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and liaise with clients on site.
