Job summary

Clearview New Build is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead external installation teams across multiple sites in the North of England. You will ensure work meets contract requirements, timelines and high standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, health and safety compliance, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams. A CSCS card is required and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Ex: New Build windows experience desirable.
• CSCS card and health & safety knowledge required (H&S, SSTS).
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-motivated, resilient, able to resolve site queries while maintaining client relationships.
• Confident and articulate with admin skills and site management systems experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the North of England.

Responsibilities

• Manage crucial documentation such as CSCS and RAMs, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Provide accurate installation dates to internal staff via calendar or similar; manage window call-offs.
• Identify pressure points with weekly site updates and forecast installation information.
• Assist with recruiting and management of fitting teams when required.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and liaise with clients with site knowledge.
• Liaise with clients while demonstrating accurate knowledge of the site.

About The Role

Due to continued growth within our New Build division, we are looking to recruit an additional Contracts Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our external installation teams, coordinating activity across multiple sites and ensuring all work is completed in line with contract requirements, agreed timescales and the high standards expected by the business.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Management of crucial documentation such as CSCS and site RAMs and working in accordance with health and safety regulations and ensuring the health and safety of all staff.
• Provide accurate installation dates to the CVNB internal staff by Team calendar or similar, reinforced by good verbal communication. Management of window call offs from sites is a crucial part of this role.
• Early identification of pressure points including peaks and troughs with regular/weekly site updates. Including projected installation information.
• To assist, if required, with recruiting and management of the fitting teams.
• Ensure that project deadlines are adhered to.
• Liaising with clients whilst demonstrating accurate knowledge of the site.

Experience

• New Build windows experience would be desirable
• CSCS card H&S, SSTS.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Self-motivated resilient individual who can resolve site queries whilst retaining the relationship with the client.
• Confident and articulate. With admin skills and experience of site management systems.
