Job summary

Keyman is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of 20 MUGAs and Playzones, mainly around London with some sites further afield. You will manage contracts from planning to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong project management and exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a willingness to travel to various sites. It is a permanent position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager or similar role in construction/leisure facilities.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, especially around London and to satellite sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle across multiple projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and quality standards on all sites.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and foster a culture of high performance.
