Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee 3 to 4 live sites with several in planning across London. Projects range from 10–100+ million, including new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes.

You will manage a team of project leads to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards. The role requires strong man-management skills, experience driving the full build process from groundworks to handover, and a proven ability to take projects from planning

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proven track record from planning to handover on major schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 4 Senior Managers.
• Assist in implementing new procedures and standards.
• Oversee multiple live sites in London.
• Liaise with clients to ensure project objectives are met.

About the role of Contract Manager:

Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across London for a leading Main Contractor, overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with a couple in planning. The projects will mainly be new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes, ranging from 10- 100+ million. Managing a team of multiple Project Leads to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
