Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of London projects, including 3 to 4 live sites with some in planning. You will lead a team of Senior Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high standard across new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes.

The role requires experience across large-scale builds, strong handover and planning capabilities, and excellent people management.

• Strong people management skills.

About the role of Contract Manager:

Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across London for a leading Main Contractor, overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with a couple in planning. The projects will mainly be new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes, ranging from 10- 100+ million. Managing a team of multiple Project Leads to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
