Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting two Contracts Managers for a leading UK main contractor in London on hotel and arts projects. You will oversee delivery across projects, lead Site and Project Managers, manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety, and act as a senior contact for clients and design teams.

Suitable candidates will have significant main contractor experience at Contracts Manager level, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, strong commercial/contractual

We are seeking two Contracts Managers to join a leading UK and Irish main contractor in London, on a £20-60m hotel conversion and a £30m+ arts and culture project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects
• Lead and support Project and Site Managers
• Manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety across projects
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and design teams
• Drive quality standards and continuous improvement
• Report to the directors on project performance and risk
