Job summary

Bimplus in Coventry is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial maintenance, refurbishment and property-improvement projects across the Midlands and the UK. You will take ownership of multiple live contracts from instruction through to completion, coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and client requirements in a hands-on, fast-paced SME environment.

• Experience as Contracts Manager in facilities management or related field.
• Ability to oversee multiple live contracts from instruction to completion.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced SME.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple FM and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Plan schedules, labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress with regular site visits.
• Identify risks, delays and resource issues; take corrective action.
• Reallocate labour and reprioritise workloads as priorities change.
