Job summary

Bimplus in Warrington is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial and industrial fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You will work with the design, site, and commercial teams to deliver high-value schemes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction fit-out, experience with main or principal contractors, strong subcontractor and programme management, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in construction/fit-out sector.
• Experience delivering commercial/industrial fit-out projects.
• Experience with Main/Principal Contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, subcontractor management, programme and commercial performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards.
