Job summary

Bimplus in Coventry is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial maintenance, refurbishment and property-improvement projects across the Midlands and the UK. You will take ownership of multiple live contracts from instruction through to completion, coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and client requirements in a hands-on, fast-paced SME environment.

Contracts Manager – Facilities Management

Location: Coventry, with travel across the Midlands and UK
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance
Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Opportunity

An established and growing facilities management business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of commercial maintenance, refurbishment and property-improvement projects.

You will take ownership of multiple live contracts from initial instruction through to completion, coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, schedules and client requirements.

This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced SME, requiring someone who can make confident decisions, resolve problems quickly and keep projects moving when priorities change.
