Job summary

Glasgow-based construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, handling values around £5m–£7m. The role sits in a newly opened Glasgow office, with a strong pipeline and staff backing to deliver safely, commercially and to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Contracts Manager in construction, ideally with a background in industrial or commercial fit out.
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, with project values of around £5m to £7m.
• Ability to run projects properly and make decisions when plans change, while maintaining safety, quality and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion with site teams, subcontractors, clients and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to required standards while managing programmes and stakeholders.
• Position yourself for progression to Senior Contracts Manager within 12 to 18 months in the Glasgow operation.
