Job summary

Pantheon Recruitment Ltd is assisting a well-established drylining contractor in recruiting a Contracts Manager for a mix of commercial and residential projects across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region.

You will oversee multiple contracts, manage Site Managers, client relationships and programme performance while ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. The role offers autonomy and a broad, hands-on workload.

Looking for a role where you're trusted to just get on with it? I'm working with a well-established drylining contractor turning over around £5m who have built a solid reputation across the North West, delivering both commercial and residential projects. They're now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys variety. This isn't a role where you'll only be looking after one flagship project for two years - you'll oversee a mixture of larger contracts alongside smaller, fast-paced jobs, giving you genuine variety and autonomy. The business has a strong pipeline of repeat work, a down-to-earth leadership team and a culture where people are left to manage their projects rather than being micromanaged.

The role

• Managing multiple drylining and ceiling projects across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region.
• Working across commercial and residential schemes.
