Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Contracts Manager with a drylining background to oversee commercial projects across the North of England. The role manages 2-4 multi-million-pound drylining projects, attends prestart meetings and ensures delivery from start to finish, with project values around £1-5 million.

The successful candidate will write and manage site programmes, ensure H&S compliance, and work with the commercial team on cost control, reporting directly to the Regional

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites.
• Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control.
• Project values circa £1-5 million.
• Report directly to the Regional Director.

TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
• Minimum 5 years' management experience
• Good IT and reporting skills
• Full UK driving licence
