Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is working with a well-established drylining contractor turning over around £5m, with a solid reputation across the North West for commercial and residential projects. They’re now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager who thrives on variety and autonomy, overseeing a mix of larger contracts and fast-paced smaller schemes.

Based in Greater Manchester, you’ll manage drylining and ceiling projects, oversee Site Managers, programmes and client relationships while driving

Qualifications

• Experience managing drylining and/or SFS projects.
• Comfortable running several projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, varied role.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple drylining and ceiling projects across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region.
• Working across commercial and residential schemes.
• Overseeing Site Managers, programmes, client relationships and commercial performance.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
