Key requirements include SSSTS/SMSTS, driving licence, and a proven track record in project management on-site. The role offers a competitive salary, company vehicle, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• SSSTS and SMSTS certification required.
• CCDO and Asbestos Manager Certificate desirable but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Proven experience of successful project management on demolition/construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site projects and site teams.
• Undertaking and writing Risk Assessments, safe systems of work and health and safety documents.
• Preparation of method statements.
• Briefing site staff on health and safety aspects of each job.
• Line management of site Supervisors and Operatives.
• Professional communications with stakeholders.
• Delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Recruitment and induction of site staff.
• Reactive management of issues as they arise.
• Completing all project paperwork.
• Approving timesheets and managing absence.
