Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to lead complex demolition campaigns across the East Midlands and nationwide on a permanent basis. You will evaluate sites, coordinate safety plans, secure permits, and drive projects from start to finish.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS/Gold Card and proven demolition project experience, with a strong hands-on leadership style and excellent communication. A company vehicle, pension and 28 days holiday are provided.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS / Gold Card is required.
• Demolition project experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sites to determine the best demolition approach and assess hazards.

Job description

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Demolition Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Demolition Projects across the East Midlands and Nationwide.

Demolition Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluating the site and structure to determine the best demolition approach, including identifying potential hazards and environmental concerns.
• Developing comprehensive safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Developing and implementing plans for the safe and efficient removal and disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
• Creating and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Demolition Project Manager Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS / Gold Card
• Must have Demolition project experience
• Strong site presence and hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence
