Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to lead nationwide demolition initiatives from the West Midlands base. The role requires hands-on leadership, site presence, and a strong background in demolition project delivery, with safety at the forefront.

You will manage budgets, timelines and resources while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A valid driving licence and relevant certifications are essential for this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Must have demolition project experience on large-scale sites.
• SMSTS certification or equivalent health & safety training.
• CSCS / Gold Card required for site access and supervision.
• Strong leadership and hands-on site management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence for travel to nationwide projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sites to determine best demolition approach and hazards.
• Develop safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure compliance.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities as needed.
• Plan and manage removal/disposal of demolition waste.
• Create and oversee budgets, timelines and resources.
• Maintain strong site presence and hands-on leadership.

Salary: GBP45000 - GBP70000 per annum + + Company Vehicle

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sectorto recruit a Demolition Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Demolition Projects across the West Midlands and Nationwide.

Demolition Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluating the site and structure to determine the best demolition approach, including identifying potential hazards and environmental concerns.
• Developing comprehensive safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Developing and implementing plans for the safe and efficient removal and disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
• Creating and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
