Professional Personnel Management Ltd represents a well-established main contractor in Norfolk and East Anglia. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Track record of delivering new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Lead and support Site Managers and project delivery teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety compliance and progress reporting.
• Chair progress meetings and drive quality and client satisfaction.
